ex 5:

f). mark as read, what you do to save your e-mail before sending it

ex 6:
1). To open your e-mail account, put in your username and then your password
2). Please add this invoice as an attachment to the e-mail and send a blind carbon copy to the sales manager
3). View this e-mail to the Accounts department and ask them to keep it in the clients folder
